The sky turns to shadow mode.

What I expected to happen was that the sky was blue as normal.

What actually happened was the sky turns dark when riding a mine cart

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a rail down.
2. Place a mine cart on it.
3. Jump in and look at the skyline.
