Random Block Images Appearing EVERYWHERE after 13-Chunks Render Distance

I wanted to increase my render distance from 10. Then I did, but something very strange happened.

All of a sudden random block textures started to appear literally everywhere.
Not just that, the game was also lagging like when you have a poor connection to a server. It took almost a minute to open blocks (chests, furnace,crafting table etc...) And it all started only when at 13-Chunks or higher. This was all a a Singleplayer Wolrd.
