Daylight sensors power redstone builds when put in inverted state in daytime. the daylight sensors also disappear when broken, even using silk touch.

i was building a lighting system to have alongside my paths. i wanted to use redstone lamps and daylight sensors so the lights would come on only at night. After building it, i saw that even in daytime with the daylight sensor inverted, the redstone lamps were lit. i rebuilt the lighting system and the lights worked properly except after a minute or so, the lamps came on even in daytime. i tried to rebuild my build in a new world in creative yet the same problem occured. I'm using Minecraft Snaphot 14w34d in Windows 8. Please try to fix this bug.
