404 error in realms menu. play offline when connected to the internet in 1.5 launcher.

In the new minecraft 1.5 launcher, I've been experiencing some log in issues. Well only one. when I got to the realms menu, all it showed was a 404 error. also in the new minecraft launcher, it will always say play offline
