Language/Keyboard issue (?) when typing password

• My Minecraft account has nothing special : it's migrated, the game appears in the list of my games. I can log in without any problem on the Mojang website, and also edit my Minecraft settings on the Minecraft website with email log in.

• The Minecraft install is totally vanilla, the game was never installed in that computer before today. I've downloaded the jar launcher thanks to the "linux" button on my account.

• When I type the password in the launcher, it says "invalid password/username).
• However, when I type the password in another program (I've used Sublime Text 2), and then paste it into the launcher, then I can log in.

• Before finding how to log in, I've tried changing both password and email on the Mojang accont, without success.
• My password contains characters that could be affected by a keymap change (azerty/qwerty). However, I haven't made some more tests to confirm the issue.
