it will just take me back to the launcher screen whenever i use any other update apart from 1.4.4

it just goes back to the launcher screen henever i use any other update apart from 1.4.4

*What I expected to happen was that it would load up the game just like it usually does

*What actually happened was that it just kept going back to the launcher screen

it loads up the mojang sign when it loads the game and then onto the launcher screen

Steps to Reproduce:
1.you click play and then the bug takes you back thats all
