Can not launch Minecraft using either 32 bit or 64 bit Java

Attempting to launch Minecraft using 32 Bit Java causes the following popup: "Error: Could not create Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will exit."
Outcome: Minecraft does not launch. Does not output error log, however launcher log captures an error, which i have provided.

Attempting to launch Minecraft using 64 bit Java causes the following:
-Game starts
-Loads Main Menu
-Able to choose different settings
Attempting to load a world causes the following: Minecraft crashes along with a popup saying "Java SE Platform Binary has stopped working."
Outcome: Minecraft crashes upon attempting to load a world, outputs an error log.
