Minecraft Launcher Bug - Clicking doesn't work

I can't click anything on my minecraft launcher. I used arrow keys to switch from update notes to development console and it is stuck on "logging in with access token". So I can't play. it is driving me insane. I can't change my minecraft version. Or anything that involves clicking. It's on 1.7.9, if that means anything. It is a launcher bug though, I seriously doubt it has to do with my minecraft version.
