Not able to even open the Minecraft Launcher (FIXED - Someone help me delete this post.)

I went to open Minecraft to play a new Minecraft Map (Captive Minecraft) for the 1.8 snapshot. After putting the world in the folders and stuff, I opened the Minecraft Laucher, still working. I changed the version to the snapshot version, clicked on the 'Play' button. It didn't load it all. So, I closed the Minecraft Laucher and reopened it. Then, to my surprise, it couldn't open until the top said 'Minecraft Launcher 1.4.4', but rather, it got stuck at just 'stage one', just the words 'Minecraft Launcher' on the top. I put what the laucher said when it opened in the attachment folder (picture). I checked, my internet/wi-fi had nothing to do with it. But I'm not sure what it meant by the proxxy settings. Please solve this soon, and thanks in advance.
