Bootstrap Problems

Help me huys i have this problem for 3 weeks now... and i cant play minecraft.
Every time i try to log in it doesnt let me like i havent internet but i have full.. and also i try all supported videos and all help that i found but nothink work...Also this is at all versions..

Let me play minecraft again please, please, please.. i have bought this game with money and i want it back. It is unfair that...

By the way i have windows 7 and i re-install java's new version at 12/5/2014.
