Can't find minecraft/bin

For whatever reason I can't find minecraft/bin. This could do with minecraft or the minecraft launcher and I have a screenshot for you to see it. I also tried re download the minecraft launcher but unfortunately it did not work for me so please try to fix this bug I would appreciate if you fix the bug and thank you for fixing minecraft bugs, minecraft launcher bugs and minecraft pocket edition bugs
