The launcher freezes when opened

What it says on the tin. I cannot open the launcher due to it freezing when I run the launcher

Steps to Reproduce:

I am unsure of how to reproduce; It just started happening one day.

Observed Results:
the launcher spends 3~10 seconds loading, then goes to the attached screen, which freezes when clicked

Expected Results:
It should launch, as per usual

Notes:
It sometimes does not freeze when I launch it, at a roughly 10% chance
