Every time I try to log into my friend's server, whether hosted over LAN or over Wifi, I get this error message (java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information: ). I often have problems connecting to the server, but often it just takes some fiddling, like restarting the server, and the problem is solved. This time though I can't find a fix.

I've tried letting through the TCP and UDP for port 25565 on the firewall, as well as giving minecraft and java full access. I even tried disabling my firewalls completely to see if it was an issue with them and it still didn't work

Can you help me find a fix for this?
