MISSING MANIFEST

I haven't played Minecraft for a few months, and when I decided to return, I came across an error message when trying to start the game, saying "Missing Manifest".

I did what I always do to solve the problem of missing files, I reinstalled the game, but after downloading the launcher and clicking 'PLAY' to start downloading the game itself, the Launcher continues to display the same message followed by a red window saying that Minecraft cannot be started... How can I finally solve this?

*I'm Brazilian and I play the game in Portuguese, which is why the print is in the language.
