Game crashes continuously and deletes item - game unplayable

Hello Java team, I've been having troubles with my game lately, it has been crashing constantly and deleting my boats, chest boats and shulker boxes every when in my inventory items and all. This is a new computer and everything is up to date. The specs are in line with running minecraft no special mods either. If you could look into it I would appreciate it thank you!
