Minecraft launcher do not access to internet even if the connection is properly working

Basically, sometimes (can't understand when) i open the minecraft launcher and a red message above on the right tells "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection." even if i'm properly connected to internet.

Minecraft still opens, but only in offline mode and so I cannot access to the online multiplayer;

I tried to update windows or restart the pc but the problem remains and disappears with no particular explanation
