Distorted skin color when uploading it on the launcher/website

I made a custom minecraft skin for me and the moment i uploaded it on the Minecraft Launcher, it changed the entire suit pallete to a different tone of green.

You can literally see the difference between the skin i uploaded and the selected skin.

When i download it again, it shows the same original colours. Is there a way to solve it?

(The affected version doesn't really matter, since it is an external problem.)
