Basically I opened Minecraft Launcher, but when I opened it, it says "Whoops! An unexpected issue occured; we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try restarting your launcher. If that does net resolve the issue please log a bug report".

What's the cause of the issue and how can I fix it? Is it a server issue?

My java version is up-to-date.
