My skin change constantily!

Context:

During this week I restart playing Minecraft with my friends, and I decided make a new skin for funny moments. And inspiring in Notch (Ex-head of Mojang Studios), I get the skin of him, and make some changes because now I stay with low-hair cut, like Notch. I make it, and upload the new skin for Minecraft.net, when I start the game and touch F5 the fact was showed for me, my skin change.

 

Facts:

1 - I try enter in other version, but the skin change constantily;

2 - I try change for other lauchers like official launcher, multimc, tlauncher, etc. But the skin change constantily;

3 - I try put and save the skin from website and official laucher, but the skin change constantily;

4 - I try reset the skin for original minecraft skin (Steve) in website button, but the skin change constantily;

5 - I try sand a e-mail for your team, but the robot give me a tecnical callback, and the skin change constantily.

 

Because only my skin change constantily randomly?

Like you can see in attach file, the skin parody of Notch is a skin an cape that I set, but in some seconds the skins change to random skin? Can you help me please?
