Severe Log In Issues with multiple Minecraft Games

I'm recently having very severe log in issues with Minecraft Bedrock Edition, Minecraft Java Edition, the Minecraft Launcher overall and Minecraft Dungeons. I can't log into any of the games with my Microsoft account. The Launcher keeps asking me if I own the game which I do. I bought both games (Java and Bedrock) in 2022 and Minecraft Dungeons in 2021. It always worked fine but now I can't play any of them anymore. In Bedrock Edition it keeps showing me the message "We can't sign you into Xbox Live right now, try again later".

I tried everything so far, even uninstalling the launcher and Xbox and reinstalling it but nothing helps. Please help me to fix this.
