No longer remembering the last version I played

Normally Minecraft Launcher remembers the last version I played and all I have to do is click the play button to launch that version. After playing snapshot 20w14 it defaults to 20w14 and I have to manually change the version every time before I launch Minecraft no matter what version I played last.

Happens on all versions. Mine just happened to start the first time I played 20w14 so I associated the issue with that version.
