Minecraft doesn't accept any skins

Okay so I made this cool skin for my minecraft account it's a 64x64 skin but when I try to use it it says mc skin has to be a 64x64 skin but it is a 64x64 skin I checked to see if my other mc skins worked that used to work same problem one of those skins I tried I even still have on mc wich is my current skin pls help
