Сan't use any custom skin

Hello. After updating the launcher to version 10.0 2.29.11, I can't apply any skin except the default ones. I'm shown a red message that the skin must be in png format and in 64x64 resolution, but no matter how I try to change the skins in blockbench or download them from the Internet, none of them are applied, although the format is correct. I don't know how to solve it.
