Minecraft refuses to open.

I've already reinstalled minecraft, java and restarted my pc. I've tried to change values in my registry however it did not resolve my issue. This is all i get in my logs. I refabricated it a couple times. Not sure what to do now. I can load up 1.8.9 minecraft fine. But if i go to anything higher than 1.12.2 it just decides to come up with the same logs
