all accounts work for realms but this one specific account

hi for some reason when i log onto my imagine lol account IT WONT LOAD REALMS on my litsuperman account it does it perfectly fine for realms HOW DO I FIX MY REALMS ON MY 1M4G1NE101 ACCOUNT IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INTO A REALM SINCE 8'CLOCK PT AND CANT LOAD INTO REALMS
