Installation of Minecraft for Windows does not start. Shows simply Error

After a click on the Install Button, it take a few seconds with "Preparing- See Microsoft Store Library..." and the progress bar shows simply "Error".

The os is fresh instlled Windows 11 with all updates.

• I have reinstalled Miscrosoft Store and the xbox App.

• I have cleared the Store Cache and also removed the .minecraft folder from %appdata%.

• I have disabled the antivirus software and the adguard service.
