Launching Game Stops at 0MB/851.25MB

Minecraft Launcher has been showing me the downloading status for the past few times that I've opened it. It shows me 0MB/851.25MB but it still hasn't finished. I can't play either minecraft versions due to the downloading status. I've tried to stop and pause the download but neither seem do anything. I've restarted the launcher multiple times as well but it changed nothing. It pop ups a Erros like...
