Launcher always displays "PLAY" on the green install-button even if an installation is not present yet

Install Minecraft Launcher (do not have any MC game installation present). Now open Minecraft Launcher. Green button in MC Java Edition menu already displays "PLAY" instead of "INSTALL" before user even installed the Java Edition
