Persistently displayed Waiting for installation

This will not be displayed in the launcher of the old version, just download it. But not in this (current version). It keeps showing Waiting for Installation. I don't have any ongoing tasks in my Microsoft Store

My version: Windows10 version 1909 (works fine)

My launcher version was downloaded from the official website
