How can I refund minecraft?

How can I refund Minecraft? I want to refund it bc I have a problem with buying a xbox game pass and I want to return it until I find a sollution to the problem.

 

When trying to buy xbox game pass I cant change my location. Does anyone know a way to download minecraft java without buying the game pass?
