Minecraft Launcher "Microsoft Login" button not working

Whenever I open the launcher, it asks me to log in since I opened the launcher when Microsoft went down a couple of days ago and I was logged out. I click the Microsoft Login button and it shows that it's clicked, like the image below, but never does anything. I've tried restarting my computer, repairing the launcher, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher and the bug still persists.
