Micecraft Launcher Error

When I try to log in to minecraft, I greeted with "Something went wrong in the login process", and subsequent attempts are met with "Error Code: 0x80004005 code: Eroded Badlands. A file that the Windows Product Activation (WPA) requires is damaged or missing. Please reboot, verify system permissions, and make sure your operating system is up-to-date"

Furthermore, if I try to access my account via minecraft.net, it says that "sisu.xboxlive.com" is not responding. I will note that I have had absolutely no issues with my internet and this device persists regardless of restarting the launcher, restarting the device, restarting the internet, and deleting and reinstalling the launcher.
