Skins keep changing

Hi, im JuanAtins79

I've got some issue about my Minecraft skin, so for some reason it's changing all the times that I acces to the Minecraft Launcher 'every 10 minutes'.

 

Every time I opened the launcher my skin is changed to another one and i didn't know if this is some bug or something like that, so i don't know what to do, because I've delete all the archives from the folder .minecraft 3 or 4 times and it's not stopping.

 

I've saved on of the 'random skins' that changes with mine, my skin has to be the second one with the 15th Anniversary cape. 

(I've been waiting for 10 minutes to see how my skin had changed or other one)
