The 'Play' button is not at the bottom of the screen

'Play' button and the installation selection pop-up menu are located at bottom of the screen. News on the 'Home' tab. See this screenshot on the wiki -

 

Actual

'Play' button and the installation selection pop-up menu are a quarter of the way up the screen. One news item visible despite this not being the 'News'/'Home' tab - it does not belong here.

Note that moving my taskbar (Windows 10) from the side to the bottom does not alleviate this - it just hides more of the main image (vertically).
