Profile issue or something; it says i dont own the game sometimes when i log into my account

Profile issue or something; it says i dont own the game when i log into my account. this happens both on the launcher and the minecraft website, which i discovered when trying to redeem my anniversery cape. Additionally, when i do manage to actually be able to play the game, i cant chat in servers, as it says Chat disasbled due to missing profile public key. please try reconnecting. I am using fabric, but when i try to use normal vanilla, it doesnt let me, says i need to make a username despite having had a minecraft account since version 1.6. i have migrated my mojang account to microsoft, and havent had problems until today. whenever i try to login on minecraft.net it says We could not validate your access, please try to login again. when i try again, it says i need to buy the game.
