my tiktok and twitch capes have been redeemed but not accessable

So I redeemed the TikTok and Twitch drop capes but I have not received them any help would be great as I thought it just might take awhile but its been since the drops were available and I haven't obtained it at all I did redeem it I just checked the code I got and it says it was claimed they are only in bedrock on java its acting like I don't have them Update I am only now learning that this was bedrock only
