Forge 1.19.2 won't launch, always getting Exit code 1

Hello,

Recently after trying to mod minecraft manually as I've done many times before, I encountered a bug that refuses to go away no matter what.

Anytime I run a modded version of minecraft, it will never work and never launch minecraft and return exit code 1. I've only been trying to run the 1.19.2 forge version so far, and I've tried both launching modded minecraft with no mods (just forge) and launching it via curseforge, neither work.

Solutions I've tried so far:

• Resetting windows completely, only keeping windows itself (Didnt work)
• Completely wiping and reinstalling Java (Didnt work)
• Repairing profiles on curseforge (Didnt work)
• Deleting the .minecraft folder and Curseforge folder and apps completely (Didn't work)
• Updating, and reinstalling my graphics drivers (Didnt work)

I've attached the last crash report from my latest attempt to run it, and as for some extra information in the first few times I got the error it said it "couldnt verify I owned the product" or something, but that doesn't appear anymore.

So yeah please help its been like four days and nothing has worked.
