Connection Problem

I bought Minecraft literally 2 hours ago and since that i was struggling to get it to run properly, in summary the problem is that Microsoft, Xbox app and even other apps tracking my gaming activity see Minecraft but Minecraft Launcher doesn't connect to Microsoft account and therefore doesn't connect and wont allow me to run Java/Bedrock in its fullest, the error exactly says "Installation failed. Please check your internet connection and try again". i already tried many methods i've found on the internet, resetting files, reinstalling launcher, disabling firewall, restarting router and PC. i've ran out of ideas
