My Minecraft Launcher won't open.

Well, I bought Minecraft, on May 15th, and since the day I bought it, the Minecraft Launcher showed me a problem, which even formatting the PC didn't solve, I've been trying to fix this problem but it still hasn't been resolved. solved, I ask you for help to resolve this error, the error goes like this, I open the Minecraft Launcher, and it gives a screen saying "There was an unexpected problem" and then it asks me to restart the Launcher, I restart it and nothing happens , I've tried everything to fix this problem but I still don't know what it is.
