Can't update my launcher to play bedrock version

Actually my windows 11 has a bug and i can't update to 23h2, i see i need update it to install minecraft in Microsoft Store(MS), but in MS after i click in install nothing appears. I have the unique Minecraft Installer working on my PC, a 2020 version of it, but i can't play bedrock edition to claim my new cape. </3
