Another skin

From the very first day of purchasing Minecraft, I had a very unpleasant problem: my skin on servers without a license changes to a hamster, on servers with a license everything is fine. Sometimes, if you re-login many times, the desired skin will appear, but it works until the next time you log into the server. For 5 months I still haven't been able to solve this problem. Changing the version, nickname and server did not help, I also tried to reinstall the game. Unfortunately, I won't attach screenshots: when you try to take a screenshot, the game crashes.

P.s. Unfortunately, I didn't understand what the "Affects version(s)" window in this form means, so I inserted the first thing that was suggested to me.
