Snapshot 24w18a bug - crafting is screwed

I found one bug in snapshot 24w18a: if you try to craft oak slabs from three blocks of oak planks, player will receive oak slabs, but oak planks will not be spent. I found this bug in survival mode, so I can suggest that it also applies to other types of tree blocks. And I also found that this bug also works when trying to craft bone meal - the bone itself is not spent. Nevertheless, it worked with the bone several times and the bone was still spent, unlike the same oak planks.
