Minecraft Icon keep changes into the basic macOS folder icon

The Minecraft Launcher icon keeps disapearing and changing into the folder Macos icon.

Found that this has been happening not only to me (https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/wbecuu/minecraft_icon_changes_to_folder/) could not find any solution. If changed manually it goes back to the folder icon after a few launches.
