Any version of Forge keeps crashing.

Any version of Forge has been crashing and showing exit code 1 for a few weeks now. I dont know how to fix it, I tried everything. I updated Java, I updated my graphics drive, I restarted my PC and nothing seemed to work. It even crashed with no mods in the mod folder. Is there any way to fix this?
