Fix these bugs and errors please!

So basically, I download and installed the latest Minecraft launcher and then some of my files went missing or corrupted by the plan power outage that we had on the 27th of March and it lasted 3 hours from 9-12 and then I went into minecraft.net and then when I first opened the latest Minecraft launcher it would crash the game not getting it to work so I attempted to do that but that didn't work same with Java 8 421 update but it didn't any good so can and then something happened I got a error message saying "oh no something went wrong and we couldn't connect to Minecraft services on the latest Minecraft launcher is there a way to get rid of that message on the latest Minecraft launcher and how do I get it to be fixed for myself, so that I can get both of the latest Minecraft launcher to work and that's what happened when I did that because I can't give you proof of pictures or videos because I have the WordPad or Notepad attachments already there waiting for you to open it so it would be easier to translate those words just for you okay please help me okay!
