Minecraft.exe is unsigned when the launcher is installed by exe

The Minecraft.exe file is unsigned and it is not copyable due to read/write access control (therefore not attached to this issue) 

Running Get-FileHash 'C:\XboxGames\Minecraft Launcher\Content\Minecraft.exe' as admin result in an error

Get-FileHash : The file 'C:\XboxGames\Minecraft Launcher\Content\Minecraft.exe' cannot be read: Access to the path
'C:\XboxGames\Minecraft Launcher\Content\Minecraft.exe' is denied.

This is somewhat furstuation as this mean there are no way to verify the integrity of this launcher exe.

The installer that I used to installer launcher have the (SHA256) hash of

9C00E8DD5A6C9A8D22A4AE2E5A8BDEECF73B7BA6DBE12E787E5E8BF9BBB0C1C9 

It is signed by microsoft and downloaded from the official site.
