minecraft launcher not letting me play

no matter how much I tried I just couldn't get the launcher to work
I keep getting this error
"an unexpected issue occurred; we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try restarting your launcher. if that dose not resolve the issue, please log a bug report HERE"

things I tried:
. restarting launcher
. reinstalling the launcher 
. reinstalling whole game
. redownloading it from minecraft.net, reinstalling the launcher 
. redownloading it from Microsoft store, reinstalling the launcher 
. updating java version
. downgrade java version
. I tried a recommendation(for java version) from a random guy
. removing my old client
. restarting PC
. turning off antivirus
. relaunching the launcher with several DNSs
. relaunching the launcher with VPSs (several regions)
I waited for a few months and updated my windows, and I did everything all over again

now I run out of ideas on how to start this game.

please help me at least launch this game
