I already own Bedrock but I can't play it. Helpppp

I already own minecraft Bedrock edition but it won't let me launch it, I need to buy it again. I attached 2 different images presenting an image of me owning the game and me being unable to launch it. I bought minecraft years ago, however, I factory reset my pc because of issues and upgrades. Then I finally decided that I wanted to play minecraft again so I logged into the same account I had through the launcher and the microsoft store; I have the game owned in my library but I can't seem to play it.
