free java

Hello, I bought Minecraft Bedrock a few years ago and last year it was promised that everyone who has MB Bedrock would get Bedrock for free, so I recently got a PC and can play Bedrock on the PC and no longer on my cell phone, however When I opened the launcher I couldn't play Java or Bedrock.
