Unable to install bedrock edition because of verification issue.

I am unable to install bedrock edition through any service and I keep getting the message "Unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection" and when I press install, I get the screen attached. I have left it on this screen overnight, and I have a stable internet connection. When I tried to install it through the Xbox app, less than one second after pressing install, it said the game was ready and when I clicked play the Xbox app crashed. When I reopened both the launcher and the Xbox app, they both showed nothing had been installed. I have repeated those processes multiple times. I can install java edition and I can play bedrock on other computers through the same account.

Heres what I have done:

• restarted the launcher 
• uninstalled and reinstallled the launcher 
• tried to install through the Xbox app 
• restarted windows
• updated windows
• signed out of the MS store, Xbox app, and launcher. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher and signed back into everything
• checked the firewall
• made sure my account was not in minor mode
• reset the launcher in settings
